We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped from Swan Valley, Western Australia, and delivery is handled primarily by Australia Post.

1.0 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your postcode. During busy periods (e.g. sales, new launches, Christmas), please allow 3–6 business days for dispatch.

While we always dispatch your order in a timely manner, Paws by the Valley is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, and refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.

1.1 Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking details.

  • If you're not home, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe location or issue a missed delivery card.

  • If the parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us, you will be required to pay an additional fee for redelivery.

1.2 Accuracy of Delivery Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Once an order is lodged with the postal service, we are unable to make changes or intercept delivery. Paws by the Valley is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.

1.3 Packaging & Transit

All orders are carefully quality-checked, securely packed, and posted using protective packaging.

Please note: We are not liable for loss, damage, or mishandling caused by the courier once the parcel leaves our premises.

1.4 Dispatch & Shipping Rates

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Dispatch times may be extended during peak periods such as sales, product launches, or holidays.

📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping – $11.00

  • Express Shipping – $15.00 (Please note: Express shipping speeds up delivery, not processing time)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

🌍 International Shipping:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, please notice that we are using local post services and shipping timeframe could be subject to delays out of our control (the current estimate delivery time for oversea is 27 to 35 days).

  • Customs duties and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.
