How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch every order within 1-2 days. Aus Post is our preferred courier.

Standard Post: orders are expected to arrive within 2-8 business days (please consider busy times of the year that could delay the arrival time)

Express Post: orders are expected to arrive within 1-4 business days (please consider busy times of the year that could delay the arrival time)

International Orders: times way be vary between countries and custom clearance procedures (please notice that at this stage Paws by the Valley is not responsible for custom taxes or duties).

Do you ship Internationally?

We sure do! At the moment we ship to over 50 countries all over the world. If your country is not listed, please get in contact with us at pawsbythevalley@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you where possible.

What is a PRE-ORDER?

A PRE-ORDER refers to a product that is not currently in stock but that you can secure and purchase before the official launch date. The date the product will be available and shipped will be listed in the product page.

I haven't received my order yet?

Before getting in contact with us, check the tracking link you have received with the confirmation of dispatch email. If there are no updates, we will investigate further. Please note that investigations can take a few days and unfortunately any delays are outside our control.

I got the wrong size, what do I do?

Before making a purchase we strongly recommend having a look at our size charts. Our sizes might be different from other brands, ensure that you measure your pup accordingly. If you have got the wrong size, please get in touch with us:

Can I cancel my order?

We dispatch every order within 1-2 business days. If you have not received the tracking number yet, please reach out to us and we may be able to cancel the order. If the order has been dispatched and it's already at the post office, we won't be able to cancel or change the order. If you have a change of mind, please get in contact with us at pawsbythevalley@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
